We don’t use the word “partner” lightly. Unlike today’s large network agencies, we prefer to build close, long-term relationships with our clients. In fact, many now see Narrative Labs as an extension of their own communications teams.
And we don’t use account managers: our communications and content specialists work directly with clients. We’ve found that this way of working works best for all parties.
