In a period of rapid expansion, global market maker IMC identified the need to preserve and build on its unique culture. The company sought a swift, effective comms partner to design and execute a targeted strategy that would resonate with its traders, developers and engineers on three continents.

We created a suite of training resources around IMC’s purpose, vision and values and optimised existing channels to deliver inspiring stories about the company’s strategic projects, talented people and positive impact.
A steady drumbeat of global cross-channel comms ensures IMC colleagues feel connected, inspired and empowered by what’s going on across the business, while key stakeholders are equipped with a streamlined process for creating on-brand content that integrates global messages around IMC’s culture and values.
Case study: Thought leadership, Avanade
A global leader in the Microsoft ecosystem, Avanade wanted to raise the industry profiles of four senior colleagues, positioning them more prominently as thought leaders within the dynamic yet saturated technology sector. Avanade approached Narrative Labs to help bring this vision to life.
We proposed a dual approach, first interviewing the thought leaders remotely and writing blogs for their personal LinkedIn pages, before a day’s filming at Avanade’s Brussels office. We created four succinct, attention-grabbing videos exploring the interviewees’ perspectives on key industry trends.
Combining our expertise in leadership positioning and written and visual content with Avanade’s expertise in the fast-moving IT landscape, we developed a multi-channel thought leadership campaign across different digital platforms, thereby broadening its reach to more potential partners and clients.
